Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes, even with the best of intentions, the best laid plans go awry. However from the time that you make your booking your rooms are held for you.

We ask you to please understand that, should you cancel your accommodation, you will be charged a cancellation fee. This is, amongst other reasons, why we strongly recommend you consider travel insurance as a part of your trip planning.

Cancellation fees are as follows:

• Cancellations received from booking until up to 14 days prior to check-in will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of full booking cost.

• Cancellations received between 8 & 13 days prior to check-in will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of full booking cost.

• Cancellations received between 3 & 7 days prior to check-in will incur a cancellation fee of 75% of full booking cost.

• Cancellations received within 48 hours prior to check-in will incur a full cost of booking cancellation fee.

Please also note that failure to arrive will incur a full cost of booking fee and refunds will not be given for any part of an accommodation package after guests have checked-in.
